This signature event is a popular event with an average attendance of 400 or more, which begins with live music, a catered dinner, casino, cash bar, raffle and plenty of time for networking. Our event will include the President’s annual report, a brief speech from the Chamber president, City of Hewitt update and award recognition followed by the Scholarship award presentation. Info: Businesses are invited to set up spaces during the event. Cost for space is free and members are asked to donate 10% of sales or $50 donation back to the GHCOC no later than March 1, 2026. Non-members are asked to donate 20% back or $100 donation. Space is limited to one per company and 3 per industry category. If you wish to enjoy the event, tickets are $90 for members and $105 for non-members.
Selling allowed. Vendors supply all preferred booth space needs (table/banners/chairs/table cloth, etc). Doors will open to vendors at 9:00 am., and vendors must be in place no later than 4:45 p.m. We ask that vendors participate and interact with professionalism and responsibility. My business and I agree and understand that if any misconduct is witnessed or reported, I may be removed from the event immediately.
Please note that advertising/sponsorships are non-refundable as dollars go toward ongoing community development efforts.
I will not hold the Greater Hewitt Chamber, The Exchange or its members responsible for damages or injury incurred during the Banquet event on Feb. 19, 2026.
